I’m Caitlyn—a joyfully curious & collaborative UX Designer based in the Salt Lake Valley.
I’m a BYU–Idaho graduate with a bachelor’s in Graphic Design, specializing in UX/UI Design. My last formal role was as a UX Designer at BYU–Idaho, where I focused on simplifying student experiences and help sites.
I thrive in collaborative environments where ideas and feedback flow freely, and I believe every user, teammate, and stakeholder deserves my full attention.
Designing at BYU-Idaho
One of my proudest projects was heading research and early design work for a redesigned student application process—a high-stakes, multi-step flow we pitched successfully to leadership. Currently, I freelance, creating responsive websites for a business in the higher education leadership space.

My Values
I thrive in collaborative environments where ideas and feedback flow freely, and I believe every user, teammate, and stakeholder deserves my full attention. I bring empathy, clarity, and honesty to my work. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my team succeed together.
Learning Outside of Work
Outside of work, you can usually find me drawing cute and nerdy things 🎨, learning the basics of Indonesian 🇮🇩, or curating playlists full of international bops 🎶.
My chaotic puppy, an international playlist, a watercolor painting, and a fun digital drawing.
